Immediate Remote PC Support
For remote PC Support, please download the BridgiTech's Remote Support Tool. Once you have downloaded the tool, please call the Support Desk at 1-800-451-9156.
Once ready, you will be asked to run the program to initiate the support session. The BridgiTech Remote Support Tool is based on UltraVNC SC, a safe and effective solution for remote desktop support.
UltraVNC SC is a safe solution for online support for the following reasons:
- UltraVNC SC must be initiated by you: you need to voluntarily start the program to initiate the connection.
- You can terminate the connection anytime you wish.
- This version of UltraVNC SC can only be used to establish a connection to BridgiTech's Support Support Desk.
- UltraVNC SC does NOT support incoming connections or unattended service connections.
- UltraVNC SC is automatically and systematically uninstalled when the connection is closed (although you may safely leave the SC executable on your system for future support sessions).
